Second Part of Form

Feet apart, arms at shoulder height, lower arms and cross (right over left), lift left toe, pivot on heel turn waist right step into  (Brush knee push).  Raise right arm then withdraw both hands to left hip, then push forward pressing palms together. (Drawback, press)  Pull arms back to lower chest then push hands forward and up to shoulder height.  (Push)

Bend left elbow towards body, turning right foot as far to the left as you can, while turning your body to left.  Push hands up to left corner, then up to right corner and make a viewfinder.  Turn viewfinder to left, step to left corner.  Step to right corner and bring viewfinder over to right.

Balance on right foot as you step to heel with left foot, right hand under left elbow.  Keeping all weight on right foot.

Drop right arm as you turn waist to right, point left toe to floor, as you raise right arm bring left foot back and to side, push right arm forward, left arm guarding body.  Do this 5 times in all using left and right sides, working backward.  (Repulse Monkey)

Bring hands down to left side, pivot on heel of left foot, to right, then swing into (Play lute) Turn body and right foot to left, bringing hands down to left hip.

Lift left hand to right side of face, do shoulder press.  Then turn body to right.  Swing back, bring left foot into right heel, turn right hand into body then sweep up to White Crane

Big circle, turning to right, step forward with left foot, push right hand forward, left hand down to hip.  (Brush knee push).  Lift right knee, then step back.  Bring left hand to chest while dipping right hand down below knees.  (Needle off seabed)

Keep left hand at chest, bring right hand to left hip, make fist.  Turn left foot to right as far as it will go.  Lift knee and fist (parry).  Step forward with left foot, punch past left hand.  Open fist and withdraw, running left hand forward under right arm.  Turn hands down to right side, then swing them over to left side.

Turn slightly to left, making a ball with left arm on top.  Step forward with right foot and make T shape with right arm shielding body, left arm below making T.  (Ward off right)

Push arms forward then drawback to left hip, then push forward pressing palms together. (Drawback, press)

Pull arms back to lower chest then push hands forward and up to shoulder height.  (Push)

Bend left elbow towards body, turning right foot as far to the left as you can, while turning your body to left.

Push hands up to left corner, then up to right corner and make a bird’s beak with right hand.

Step out to left and push left hand away (Birds beak), push right heel back to 45degrees and balance on it.  Open palms then withdraw to left as you sweep your right hand over the left arm and pull in left foot.  (High Pat Horse)

Make big circle with right arm, bring right hand to inside of left wrist.  Step forward with left foot and push away.  Make another big circle with right arm bringing it to outside of left wrist.  Lift right knee and kick. 

Step down with right foot, making a big circle with left arm, bring to inside of right wrist.  Push away.  Another big circle with left arm, bring to outside of right wrist.  Lift left knee and kick.  Step behind, turn, and lift left knee and kick.

 Bend elbows in then step down to a brush knee push.  Make a second brush knee push.  Make a third brush knee push but punch down to left foot instead of pushing forward.

Turn left toe to right, lift right knee and fist, step to side.  Repeat, this time stepping forward.  Then step forward with left foot, punch past hand.  Open fist and withdraw.  

Press hands down to right side, then bring both hands to chest crossing at wrist, lift right knee and, opening arms, kick.  Turn waist to right and step down with right foot pushing both hands to right corner.  (Buddha Palms).

Withdraw, pulling both hands down and to sides, making fists.  Turn right toe to left, step forward bringing fist around to high front, left above right.  (Box Tigers ears left)

Withdraw, pulling fists back down and to sides, turn left foot to right as far as possible.  Turn to face other way, step forward with right foot, bringing fists around to high front, right above left.  (Box Tigers ears right).

Withdraw, opening hands, lift right knee and kick, bring both hands down over knee (Breaking a stick)

Step down with right foot, bring both fists to high front next to each other.  (Box Tigers ears)

Turn right toes to left, left knee while crossing hands in front of chest, open hands and kick.  Turn left foot as far to right as possible before placing on floor.  Step behind with right foot, turn full circle.  Left hand to chest, raise right hand and right knee, kick and push right hand forward at same time.  Before stepping down make a fist with right hand, turn waist to right (Parry).  Step down with right foot, then step forward with left foot and punch past left hand.

Open fist and drawback, running left hand forward under right arm.  Withdraw then push with both hands.

Make a view finder, turn left foot to right, step right foot to side, open arms, bring down arms to side.

Feet together, bring hands (facing up) up front of body.  Turn hands over and press down.
