Tai Chi brings me back to myself, helping me heal the disconnect between body and mind that I had unconsciously nurtured. Jenni’s style of teaching is kind and inclusive and the breadth of her understanding has helped me embrace variety in my own personal practice, bringing my whole self to the centre of my life.
I take great delight in having become both physically and mentally stronger. In particular, I have developed more resilience through improvement in my balance and flexibility. Overall, I feel happier and healthier for having begun this practice and for the continued sharing, learning and deepening of understanding to come. I used to mind taking small steps, but now I know the value of them.
