My first experience of Jenni’s teaching was only 6 months ago, but she has completely changed my perspective and outlook on life. Yoga, tai chi, breathing, mindfulness – all things I’ve always had an interest in, but could never find the right teacher, or the right practice for me. The first day I walked through the door of the beautiful old factory in Irchester, I just had a feeling this was what I’d been looking for, and it was!
There were no first time nerves or feeling uncomfortable in a new class, Jenni makes everyone feel like an old friend, and has such a warming smile and aura that I was instantly relaxed.
From that first class I have quickly developed my love of this wonderful practice, which is helping me to overcome underlying thoughts and issues, and to learn to deal with the usual dramas of life with a different mindset. To be kind and loving to my body and to appreciate life at a deeper level. I have learned so much in such a short time, and the practice is now with me throughout my daily life. You don’t need to take time out to practice, the exercises and breathing can be incorporated as part of everyday life.
The tapping, and 6 minute ‘healing codes’ meditation has become a key part of my life, I cannot put into words the feeling afterwards of pure relaxation and acceptance. I wish I’d known about years ago as I wouldn’t have wasted so much time and energy on negative things! I also find that the 6 minute meditation is a sure fire way to drop off to sleep and to stop the mind racing and keeping me awake, I absolutely love it.
Our class is an eclectic bunch, that want to learn and achieve different things from yoga, but every single person is getting so much from it.
I would encourage anyone, from any background to try Jenni’s classes and feel the benefits of this beautiful practice taught by a beautiful lady.
The world would be a much nicer place if everyone was to try this wonderful practice!
